This website will eventually contain information about all Saturday mens senior football leagues played in Leicestershire.

I've had a number of people ask me to help them find a football team to play for. Unfortunately I can't help with these requests as I don't have the contact details for the various teams within the county. If you're looking for a team to play for your best bet would probably be to contact the Leicestershire & Rutland FA and they might be able to help. The other places you could contact would be the leagues themselves. Again, I don't have the contact details but you could find them on the following websites :

Updates consist mainly of Leicestershire Sunday League competitions. Melton Sunday League completed in terms of teams who have taken part (apart from 2004/05 season which I somehow managed to forget !)

Also added extra seasons for the Alliance League, the Hinckley & District Sunday League and the Charnwood Sunday League.

Major update and a move to a new web address !!! I've converted all my tables onto a database so I can hopefully perform updates more easily. I've included all the info I've got on Leicestershire Football so a fair bit of it is incomplete at the moment. I think I've got all Leicestershire Saturday Leagues from now to 1970 with at least the correct teams in. I've also added Sunday Leagues and Football League information now so that it should provide a complete record of all Leicestershire teams.

The links page has now expanded to include all team links that I know of, if any are incorrect or if you have a team and you want your website listed there then let me know and I'll add it for you.

I'm changing tactics and am now trying to concentrate on one league at a time so I can at least get the final tables complete and have some idea of the seasons that the league was played. The first league I'm going to do is the Leicester & District League. I'll post another update when the tables are complete but keep on checking this league as I'll be constantly updating the tables when I get new information.

2003/04 season: Leicestershire Churches League.
2002/03 season: Leicestershire Football Combination, Leicester City League, North Leicestershire League, Leicester & District League Reserves Divisions, Leicestershire Churches League.
2001/02 season: Leicester & District League Reserves Divisions, Leicestershire Churches League.
Season pages for the following years 2002/03, 2003/04 have been updated.

Had a bit of a spring clean (in September ?!?). The links page has been updated and now actually has some links on it.
The team A/Z and Regional Breakdown pages have been made live and some team pages have been added although these are rather empty at the moment (apart from Hinckley United and Holwell Sports).
